Yes, similar to that (some are bigger than others). They're very good
- substantial (for a roll) and nicely chewy. (Great adjective that
last one, eh?)

I'm in Michigan, and we have them here and in Chicago, where I've also
had them. I'd try calling some local bakeries and see what they say or
if they know of a supplier. They're worth it.

Good luck,

I had a sandwich on a pretzel role one time and it was a surprising
taste! We had lunch ordered in at work and a few of the sandwiches were
on pretzel roles but I had no idea because they don't look like
pretzels. Loved it!

Were they crunchy on the outside and have salt on top? I've seen the
pictures, but I guess they're one of those "you have to try it"
things.

On a cruise, I had a Pretzel Dog, made with a Nathan's frank. I ate it
with mustard and it was wonderful. I found that on Royal Caribbean's
Oasis of the Seas and that is the only ship where I found it. I thought
about making it yesterday, but then I decided I would rather make
sausage kolaches.

I'm craving a soft pretzel now. I used to have a really easy recipe
that didn't require boiling and they turned out fantastic. Too bad
the pee-chee folder I kept it in has disappeared.

Man, if you find it, please post it! I love homemade pretzels but the
whole boiling thing makes them a PITA to make!
