I ordered a brand new cellphone online which has contract attached to it. UPS delivered it to wrong address. The tracking shows it was left at front door, but we never received it. I called the shipper and canceled the order, since I never received the device. Shipper did a full refund. But UPS still has not able to locate the package.
What happens if UPS finds the package for me and delivers it. ?
And If they are unable to find it, is there a way I can file a complaint with local authority, what if someone has it but not returning it. is that stealing. considering it was UPS mistake.
