Ordered a gift for mother's day, it was supposed to have arrived on the 10th, and it did, but my mother tells she didn't get it. So I called UPS today, they said that it was delivered to a "Hillsborough" and that the reason was that the shipper gave them the wrong information.
Now I already know this is a lie because Bloomfield Hills is a pretty small place and I lived there for many years. This street doesn't actually exist. Neither in Bloomfield or in Madison where they said it was. I also have a confirmation email from the shipper with the correct address in it.
What else is strange is that the tracking says it was delivered at 3:55 PM to "Front Door" but then says "A CORRECT STREET NUMBER IS NEEDED FOR DELIVERY. UPS IS ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION / DELIVERY RESCHEDULED" at 7:38 PM the same day. All they would tell me is that I needed to contact the shipper. I'm more confused than angry at this point and I'm not really sure how to proceed.
