I've been getting these pains/tension in my upper back but mainly in my neck for about 13 years now. They started when I was 11 but I didn't go to the doctor until I was 12 and at that age I didn't know it was the muscle in my neck hurting so I didn't get the answers I was looking for and had been to every type of doctor in town. And now that I am 24 and no insurance I live with it. So is there anyone else have the same type of pain.....it feel like tense muscles in my neck and I wake up with it, feeling fine when I go to bed. Thanks in advance!
