I have had this for some time and also a gnawing pain in the back area where the shoulder blade moves. It feels at times like a crawling tingly feeling at times and them other times I could stab myself in the back to counteract the discomfort. I am also noticing a tightness in the neck and do try to relax the muscles.....Any suggestions as to whats causing it and how I can stop it please...Thanks.
