Ok so I bought 2 upper control arms for a 91 honda accord, but when I pulled one out of the box the driver side upper control the thru bolts were tightened and it feels almost like a spring when you try to move the anchors. Now of course the other control arm I got the anchors are just flopping, when I tightened it, the anchors didn't move at all, so I loosened it and the anchors just move when you apply enough pressure...how do you know how tight to make those thru bolts?
