I have a pain in my upper right arm (inner side) that will not go away. It feels like I am being pinched but there is no redness or swelling only a slight skin irritation if I brush over it with my hand. It is so strange. I have had this for a couple of weeks and have noticed my shoulder blade has also been bothering me. I cant remeraber but I think the arm pain started first. Is it possible that the shoulder could be causing the arm pain/irritation? I have tried advil but it doesnt take it away. Any ideas?
