I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS3 camera. I have videos on it that I have taken and I have attempted to upload them multiple times. When I plug the camera into the computer, it only shows me the pictures I have taken. It doesn't show the videos at all as if they had never been taken. I then took the SD card out and put that directly into my computer but the same thing happened. I have read the manual and it provides no extra help. Does anyone have any ideas of why I am not able to upload videos or do you know how I can fix this problem?
