Uploading photos to photobucket using my phone, need POP3/IMAP4 Server?

Okay, well I lost the USB for my Tocco Lite, so I want to try uploading photos to photobucket using my phone. Photobucket is free on my phone. I tried uploading them, but it wants me to input a POP3/IMAP4 Incoming and outgoing server, but I'm not sure what that is, could someone help me to find out how I can get this information?? ^^ thank youu.
