I'd like to put a youtube video into my flash website using 'progressive download' in 'import video' this allows me to stream the video in my flash website using html. How do I do this? I need to enter a url into the import video tab in flash, beneath the url box are examples 'http://mydomain.com/directory/video.flv' it's saying it needs an flv link, my question is, where can I upload an flv of the youtube video I downloaded so that when I open it on the net the url box will say something like the example (....flv)

Your question is a bit confusing. You have to rip the YouTube video into an FLV file (plenty of places out there and easy to find with a simple search). You don't need to enter the url, you can also locate it locally on your computer. You would upload the flv to your flash website hosting and type in that location where it says url box.
