upkeep and cost difference between bike and car?

I own a 2001 Celica and i am currently on my red p Plates about to change to greens and i am looking into getting me bike license.

was just wondering what the difference in insurance, petrol consumption, maintenance, etc would be when comparing my 2001 toyota celica to Kawasaki Ninja 650RL ABS
