Upgrading with T-Mobile

well I cancelled my account (at the end of my contract) and opened a new one right away to qualify for the "new customer" discounts...also sometimes you have to talk to an account specialist (i believe thats what its called) and they can offer you some discounts. I've done this before, I'll try to post back later about the exact name (not sure whether its account specialist or something else)
