I'm on my dad's contract and my upgrade is coming up soon, in about a week or so. My phone, the LG Venus, buttons are going out. The touch screen portion will not work when they are pressed, I'm so tired of this phone and can't wait to get rid of it. I was wondering if I could get the phone upgraded this week? Instead of waiting until the 15th? I would be patient but I've been dealing with this phone for the last two years and had to exchange it 3 times because of various reasons and just want a whole different phone.
