I am currently considering upgrading my cell phone to an LG Chocolate Touch from Verizon Wireless. If I choose to upgrade they are currently offering a Buy One Get One Free promotion and under that in small letters it says, "with 2 yr acitvation per phone". If I plan on selling the second phone, does the person I sell it to have to get a 2 yr activation?
