I currently have a 3 year plan with Rogers for a basic phone with no data plan. I am 1 year into the contract. Rogers says that I have to be 2 years into the contract to upgrade, but I really want a 3GS! Can I buy an unlocked iPhone from the apple store and add a data plan to my current SIM card and simply put it into the iPhone? By the way I have a Sony Ericsson W760 which has 3G.
