I have a Samsung N150 Netbook which came with 1GB of Ram (1GB 2Rx16 PC2-6400S-666-12-A3) which I want to replace with 2GB. The replacement one that I am looking at will be either of the Kingston KVR667D2S5/2G which is a 667MHz PC-5300 or Kingston KVR800D2S5/2G which is a 800MHz PC6400. They are basically the same price but I am not sure if they are both the same compatibility.
Which one should I get? Or should I be getting something else?
