I currently have two computers.
My desktop is my main one and has a Pentium 4 2.4GHz processor, 1.5gb RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 and runs Windows XP.
My laptop is very low spec (only about 800mb RAM!) and runs Vista.
Both have so far done everything I've needed them to. Desktop for photo editing, games etc and laptop pretty much just for internet use.
My desktop has started failing me lately, however. I'm starting to do video editing and it won't even RUN Premiere Pro, let alone let me actually edit anything. It won't even play YouTube videos more than 240p!
Laptop is still fine but I'd like to upgrade to a super-laptop so I can just use one awesome computer that will actually let me do what I want to.
I was really confused until earlier when I saw the Sony Vaio VPCF12M0E/B and fell in love.

It has 4gb RAM, an i7 processor and (I think?) a really good graphics card.
Just really want a second opinion from people who know more than I do! What do you think of it? Will it do everything I need it to?
Also, is 4gb of RAM enough to last me a good few years? I've seen some laptops with 6 and even 8gb but not sure if that's really necessary?!

I've pretty much decided to go for one with an i7 processor so it'll last me a long time without becoming too outdated and the E series only goes up to i5!
