Upgrade to iPad 2 or iPad 3?

right now i have 940 dollars and i have the original iPad 32GB wifi. Should i wait for the iPad 3 or buy the iPad 2? im planning to buy a 16gb 3g this time since i dont use much memory and the 3g is just for extra gps features. All i am going to do is watch youtube videos, crunchyroll apps, facebook, and other simple tasks. So should i wait for the iPad 3 or get the iPad 2 ?
