I am currently using a Kyocera Neo with MTS, a replacement for my LG Shine. I had to replace the phone because it stopped connecting calls for me, and the Kyocera phones made up 4 of the 6 prepaid options. My Kyocera phone no longer rings when someone calls me (and no, I don't have it set to be silent), and I often can't connect when I dial. I am also having trouble sending texts, and I receive texts in masses. Rather than getting them as they're sent to me, I'll go ours without any and then get ten all at once.
I've been told that if you contact MTS they might help you out with money if you choose to "upgrade". I want to get a BlackBerry Storm, but I'm unsure of how to present them with my problems and convince them to help me out. Any tips?
