Updated Macromedia Flash Player, still won't let me access Y! Avatars?

Hello. I have been wanting to make a Yahoo! Avatar but the same error keeps coming every time I load the page, it keeps stating that I need to upgrade my Macromedia Flash Player and then provides the URL to upgrade.

So I clicked the URL given and installed the upgrade, and even restarted my system. It still says I need to upgrade!!

Any help, suggestions, or anything?
