Update to 2.1

So I have been trying to update to 2.1 but it still says that I am on R1.7. Any Idea why this update is supposed to be 2.1 but I am does not update? Am I not downloading the right update? I am using Garmin Asus Garminfone on Simple Mobile.

Was able to get the update direct from the Garmin Website and it worked.
