UPDATE: Tango's sickness?

Well, on the bright side he wasn't colicking. He's still passing stool and drinking and his stool looks normal. He hasn't sweat since last night when I mentioned it. I gave him his grain without the new rice bran in it and he wasn't interested. I picked out a small handful and offered it to him, and he look about half of it in a small, enthusiastic bite. He would take it as long as I offered it, but in those small, enthusiastic bites so I stopped giving it to him and walked away. He smelled it and walked away. He has a snotty nose. We tried to take his temperature. He wouldn't let anyone take it the... normal way so I tried it his mouth and he didn't care. I put it along his gum/cheek line and it got to 103.3° F. but IDK if that's accurate because it was in his mouth, not butt? He didn't move around and let it sit there so it's not like it got that way when it was constantly being pushed around in and out of his mouth. Which is another nerve racking sign... he usually throws a HUMONGOUS fit about stuff being in his mouth, he's been that way since he got Bute. I also snapped te lead rope at the goat to get it away, and he didn't even flinch. It's usually an "OMG! I HAVE TO RUN AROUND!" when ever I do that. Especially when he doesn't have a halter on, which he didn't. He still has the lack of energy but eats his grass hay without issues. And he still grazes. I haven't seen him lie down today, no signs of rolling.

I'm calling my instructor as I submit this question... I just want more opinions... my grandma still says "he's not showing enough signs of being sick to call the vet. He got tired of his grain and that's why he's not eating it and you have been tiring him out and that's why he's not full of energy." BTW, he hasn't got work in... four days now.
Update---

I called my instructor and she said I need to call the vet and that made my grandma listen. So we're calling the vet. *Thanks God*

And @ Nona: He would flip out and there's no way I could get him to stand still. The mouth was the only way I could do it without getting kicked. He's not sweating at all tonight.
IDK if he's up to date on his shots, TBH. From what his old owners said, he IS. But who the fuck knows... He was going to get any day...
