Well I got in touch with my spine doctor and he confirmed this is what I have at L3 but he also explained that it was worse due to the disc not only moving front to back off the other vertebra but it has also moved from side to side.
My disc is totally gone too. I do need to keep an eye on my bowel and bladder control due to the nerve against it. He told me it is not DDD but due to an injury. I did have an injury back in 2006 at work so here we go with workman's comp. Thanks for all those who responded to my first question and I will try to keep you updated. Linda
