You have done a good thing and a bad thing.The good thing is that you've eliminated the ignition system as the culprit.The bad thing is starting fluid.Don't use this except in extreme circumstances.It can accumulate in the crank case and backfire blowing out your seals or worse ase scenario crack your engine cases. I actually saw this happen on a ktm 650 and it blew a hole the size of my fist in the cases not to mention it scared the cht out of me.I use De-nature alcohol.You can get it in spray form as brake cleaner.just read the label to be shure.
So now we get to your problem.Your pilot jets are plugged up so you'll have to take the carb apart and clean them.you'll need a good carb cleaner,also in spray form, and some patience it can be tricky so if you are not confident about doing this take the carb off and take it to a pro.
