Unwell Over Court appearance?

I am due to attend the Crown Court soon and am very nervous about it. I am the defendant in the case and since i have heard that the case is coming up, i have been getting really bad chest pains and feeling dizzy etc. i was wondering if my doctor can write me a letter excusing me from sitting in the same court room as the prosecution etc. i am not a confident person at all and an very nervous

no they cant this is court not school and you are the criminal

sounds like your guilty of the crime too

your the defendant you have no choice but appear
