Unusual Ford Focus Idle...?

My 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 Hatchback idles strangely... When ever the A/C is on, and ONLY when the A/C is on, my car will idle at 750 rpm for maybe 4 seconds, and then go up to 1000 rpm for a half of a second... And it does this pretty consistently... If the A/C is off, my car just stays at 750 rpms... What is this? Is this normal?...
 
Try checking the Fan fuse, it is a quite specifific 30A and a big one.
My Focus had the same problem and it was solved with this little part. worth the checking! A/C builds up a pressure and it need to be cooled, but if fuse is bown, it automatically turns off the A/C.
