If my boss is telling me inappropriate things like how he murdered people, how he is a convicted sex offender, and how the employer doesn't know it. Trying to force me into quitting a job, writing me up for things that are relevant is there any legal grounds for compensation, I feel I am about to lose my job and I need to know what I can do to fight this.
