Unresponsive TX.

My new TX - a month old - has stopped responding to screen taps. Yesterday, I loaded a jpeg image, pressed the Applications button and the Tealscript registration screen came up and froze everyhting. I had to resort to a hard reset but now the screen froze at the first digitisation setting screen. I tapped the centre of the target but all that happens is a line appeared in the graffiti area after a wait. I left it overnight and tried another hard reset just now and have got as far as the third digitisation screen.

Any advice, please.
