Unlocking the OD

I have a midlet that should turn off the sound of my CX70's camera, but when I start it, it says that I have to unlock the OD.

I do not know what the OD is, nor how to unlock it, so I'll need your help.
I really want to remove this sound, cause it annoys the sh*t out of me.
