i have a LG xenon and i got it with at&t but now i am switching ovr to t-mobil.e i called LG and they gave me a Subsidy Unlokc code, because i gave them my serial number and IMEI number, but i am still unsre as to why the unlocking process idnt go through. i typed in the code the teleproctor gave me, but still it said code no match. i only have 10 tries b4 it locks permanently, so i dont want to mess up. could she have given me the wrong code? subsidy # tht is, or wat also happened was when the code asked for a pound or an asterisk i pressed the number but it didnt come up on the screen like it did when i pressed the regular digits. please explain this to me thanx yso much
