Unlocking Samsung E250 & E250v

Can somebody tell me how to unlock the Samsung E250 (orange) and to unlock the Samsung E250v (Vodafone).

It is possible just to enter a code to unlock the phone, or do I need a special cable and software program?

for me i prefer z3x box to unlock e250 u have to use d800 cable then just thick unlock after that press power button then wait for a while then that's it your phone is already unlock hope it will help,,
