Unlocking Phone Troubles.. Please Help!?

I just bought an LG EnV Touch off of someone and the phone was still locked. However, I do not know the person who sold it to me, I bought it online. I had emailed the seller for the password code but I have gotten no response. I have tried 1234 1111 and 0000 but none of them worked. It is a created password. If you know anything i can do to unlock it, please help! Thank you
