My sister sent me an iPhone but she DEACTIVATED AT&T her service. She installed the blackra1n app but did not "unlock" for me to use my i T mobile sim card so the phone wont read my sim card. I have seen tutorials on youtube where people were unlocking phones to work for t mobile but they had an internet connection on the phones. So i guess my question is since my sister deactivated her service with at&t and i'm trying to unlock the iphone to work for a tmobile sim card, how do i get an internet connection to get it unlocked... besides using someone on at&t's sim card.
(Quick note when i insert sim card into i phone it flashes sim failure and goes away, which once again leads to my original question)
