Unlocking Iphone 3gs With Redsn0w?

HELP ME i am an idiot....So I unlocked my iphone. But every time i reboted my phone would get stuck on the apple logo....WELL like an idiot someone suggested recover it again and redo the process....and I listened. Well now I got a error 1015....Okay so then i tried to recover through itunes using 4.1 recovery. Its now giving me a 3194 error. So then i read that somebody used tinyumbrella to kick out of recovery and then used redsnow to unlock and jailbreak. I did that for both 4.1 and 4.2.1 and it read jailbreaking on iphone...however after the pinapple screen i get sent to the apple screen then i get sent back to the usb screen with the itunes picture. someone please help....I dont have shsh saved... Reply or even better aim me on kamesh2k THANK YOU
