Unlocking Blackberry phones?

I'm in the process of unlocking some Blackberry 7290 phones. I just learned that some of these unlock codes will only work with certain IMEI numbers.

Does anyone know of a really good unlocking software that is capable of unlocking just about anything? I'm thinking this will be the best method to do this. Thanks
