Im looking for an unlocked gsm phone. But i cant seem to find one that is about$200 or lower that fits my needs

quad band
easy to use
a decent set of features(maybe a camera, doesn't need mp3 or stuff like that)
reliable
I liked some of the older seimens phones but since they sold to benq i can't find many anymore. If you can find any other phones that fit my needs i would like to now a site to buy it. The only good site i found was http://www.puremobile.com/
im going to use it in the US(beyond, suncom, or cingular) most of the time, but plan on using it in europe soon
