unlocked tmobile iphone off ebay?

I am looking for a iphone. I have t-mobile & frequent ebay shopper. There are sooo many sellers, just wondering who has bought the iphone and if you can suggest a good seller? and how well it works on the T-mo Network?? Any info would help!
i have a regular phone & regular plan as well on tmo. how will the iphone plan differ in price?
