Unlocked/jailbroken iPhone 3Gs trouble I need help asap!!!!?

I have an iPhone 3GS unlocked on 4.1 and I believe the baseband is 6.15.. It is running on the tmobile network.. The problem is when someone calls me or if I call someone I Cannot hear the caller nor can they hear me... Also I do not have any audio.. I do not know what is going on please someone help.. Greatly appreciated..... Please include steps on how to solve this problem
