Unlocked iPhone HELP NOW PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i have an unlocked iphone. i had my sim card in and it was working fine, then i hooked it up to itunes and it had a software update so i did it and now when i put my sim card in, it doesnt work and it wont hook up to itunes! how do i fix it!Q??!?! pleaseeee help!!!!!!
