1. What is a Unlocked iPhone?
I found this unlocked iPhone 4 on eBay. It's a decent price too. It's jail broken and unlockable. I am not sure if he already unlocked it or not. But let's say I buy it, will his AT&T sim card be in there? Cause the iPhone just came out couple months ago and you have to have a 2 year contract. How did he unlock and and able to sell it?

It's unlocked and I wanna put a T-Mobile sim card. It works cause both are GSM and there is a way to open the sim thingy on the iPhone.
