Unlocked iPhone 3G upgrade to 3.1.3 help?

I have an unlocked iphone 3G running on T-Mobile, i am currently running firmware 3.1.2 and baseband 5.11.07. I am looking to upgrade to 3.1.3 but keep my unlock and jailbreak. What is the best way to do this? I would say i am fairly knowledgeable with this sort of "hacking" but the wide array of sn0ws, ra1ns, and pwns have confused me.
 
I would advise not to do 3.1.3 as if you use the new sprit hack it does not offer carrier unlock stick with 3.1.2 and flash blackra1n is nice and easy and should work for you. :-0
