Alright so i have an unlocked bb tour 9630. I cant access the browser because it doesnt have the service books for it. I called AT&T numerous times asking if they can send me them but they do not have them. So now im wondering how to get those service books, and i cam across this website.

If I were to restore my software will that work and will that take away my unlock?
Also I dont have the App World either. And when I try loading it on from BB Desktop Manager on my Snow Leopard (10.6.4) iMac. It said
"BlackBerry® Desktop Manager failed to validate your BlackBerry® device update"
and also
"Validation failed because a module marked for update (net_rim_bb group photos)"...
PLZ I need all the help i can get.
