UNLOCKED BLACKBERRY STORM HELP!!?

hi i have an unlocked blackberry storm 9530, and i use it on t mobile, on my plan i have unlimited text and picture messaging, but now that im using the blackberry storm, im not able to send pictures, i think it has something to do with not having a data plan, is there any way of unlocking that? cuz i do have unlimited pic messaging, or what can i do then? please help me out
