actually i dont think thiers a free solution for z400 till now u have to buy a box like Nspro or UstPro2 so u can make this model

Subset, sp and cp codes are set to 00000000 and can be succesfully entered.
Network code and phone freeze code are not calculated and 00000000 gives you "wrong code" message.
Kulankendi gives you both network unlock and phonefreeze unlock. ~24 hours for user/pass to arrive and codes are read out with usb cable in a matter of seconds.
Untill there is a free qualcomm unlocker that can bypass MSL kulankendi is the best option if you do not have nsdongle etc...

Free codes does not work sometimes..You have only limited unlocking attempts..So better you purchase the code either from your network provider or you may get it form online providers like Superunlockcodes.com .They will help you to unlock your mobile easily..
