unlock Verizon vx9800?

I have a lg vx9800 that i used when i was with verizon that isnt connected anymore. How do i unlock it to use it on cricket network? The only thing i know about using other phones on crickets networks is that you cant send pic txt or use internet or cricket clicks... any help would be great
 
If you still need the help here it is. you need a data cable, and crickets PRL file (Which I have if you need it) and some software to upload the PRL to the phone and then dial *228 with the phone and if you get cricket call them up and switch the phone on your account... they now accept any cdma phone just tell them you flashed the phone, trust me I have done this twice already and told them I switched the phone myself they dont care anymore. and if for some reason they give you trouble I know there is some sort of fcc law that any network has to accept the phone as long as it is the same band.
 
Was recovered... I thought we lost connection, i decided to learn to do it myself. No offense or anything at all. You did great work and am very pleased...

also did you ever figure out the pic text or anything else ?
 
healthman, one other thing...when i sent my phone out, what were you telling me about roaming and how you have to set it up and stuff when you change over phones ?
