We have a jenn-air gas convection range and while baking last night my mom accidentally hit a button on the stove and it stopped working. She tried to turn it on again but only the oven light and warming drawer buttons would work. All the buttons beep but they won't do anything. We're thinking maybe the touchpad is locked but we don't know how to unlock it.
