I was changing the oil filter on the jeep when the wrench hit a line right next to it that broke of a plastic looking round valve. The valve is about an inch and a half long with a kind of cylinder/cone shape. Inside the valve is a piece of circular plastic with 3 or 4 cut outs around the edge between the circle and the valve. Does anyone know what this could be? the clips that hold it in place broke off and I need to replace it.
