unknown sore on my lip

Ok this morning i woke up and my mouth/lips felt dry like they we're chapped. I ignored that and went to go eat breakfast, when i was done i went back up to my dorm on the 6th floor, then i looked in a mirror and saw, On the inner part of my lip(in my mouth) there was this weird round sore, it looks like its swollen but doesn't hurt, its not a kinker sore i know that but its pretty big please help

Did you bite your lip in your sleep? Do you smoke?

If it's not a canker sore, or injury of somekind, and it spreads around the outer part of your lips it's probably a cold sore/s.
