I am trying to remember a book I had, it was a horror story book, and it was part of a series of books by the same author/publisher. It was a compilation of stories, with one about a Miniature Goblin in a Hotel who ate people. It was a hard cover book, the cover was in black and white, and featured what appeared to be a young girl with a shawl or hood on. Her eyes were very notable, as they stood out.
