I stopped watching this because my French isn't good enough to keep up with rapid movie dialogue and there were no subtitles.
Now I know how to add subs, I'd like to see it again.
It starts with a SWAT team chasing a criminal through the sewers. He gets away after killing all but one of them. Then there's a raid on his HQ which is a garage/factory of some kind. There's also a mother and daughter who have been in a near-fatal car accident and are being treated in a high-tech lab or hospital. It's French, futuristic, quite violent and appears to be a big budget affair. I didn't recognise any of the cast.
I thought it was called "They Wait" but that's an Oriental movie, although this may be a remake. IMDb only lists the Chinese movie called "They Wait".
